What CPA Women has already achieved for female athletes

Active exchange with organisers of important cycling races for women, such as Strade Bianche or Giro d'Italia and much more

• Started a dialogue with key teams concerning improvements in employment contracts: minimum wages, insurance, technical equipment for the athletes
• Meetings with the organisers of the main female races, leading to: doubling the prize money of Strade Bianche 2018, increase in prize money of Giro d'Italia 2018, improved logistics and transfers  in races organised by ASO, Giro dell'Emilia.
• Obtaining permission from UCI for a member of CPA Women to sit in the WOMEN’S WORLD TOUR WORKING GROUP Committee to put forward ideas with a view to developing the female cycling movement
