WHO WE ARE
CPA Women is the international association
that defends the interests of female cyclists and is committed to represent their members within the UCI
and with cycling institutions.
In 2017 CPA opened its doors to a number of high-level women athletes striving to find an association to represent them and their interests, much in the same way as men athletes are represented.
This is how, thanks to the input of former world road race champion Alessandra Cappellotto, CPA Women came to life as the women’s section of the international riders association.
To this day, Alessandra serves as CPA Women Manager and as CPA vice-president.
The president of the CPA is former rider Adam Hansen.

- Working on the new ProTeam series with a focus on the various aspects concerning Continental teams.
- Participating in women’s races to represent the athletes and to act on behalf of them in the event of safety and extreme weather issues.
